The software factory for foundersEarly access

Describe it. Try it. Ship it.

We’re building an AI engineer that turns what you describe in plain English into a working app you can try. You say when it goes live.

Early access: today you can create a project and connect Claude Code or Codex to it. Publishing comes next, then the AI engineer.

How it will work

  1. Describe it

Tell the engineer what you want, the way you’d tell a co‑founder.

  2. Try it

Open a preview link to a working copy of your app and click around on your phone.

  3. Ship it

It goes live when you say so. If something’s off, say what to change and your engineer tries again.

We’re designing all three steps to work from your phone.

Coming next

Ask for changes as often as you like.

Say what to change and the same engineer picks the work back up, remembering what it already did. You try each new version as a preview before it ships.

Actually, call them “Weekend knots” and let people order two boxes.
EngineerPreview updatedNeeds you

Done. They’re called Weekend knots now, and customers can order two boxes. Refresh the preview to try it.

What’s in the factory

What you get, and when.

Early access starts with a home for your app’s code. Publishing it at its own address comes next, then the AI engineer.

Code you own

Each project starts as a simple starter app, and we keep its code for you. A developer can copy it and keep working on it anywhere.

Use your own coding tools

You or a developer friend can connect Claude Code or Codex, tools that write code on your computer. The code they send shows up in your dashboard.

Your AI engineer

Ask for a feature or a fix in plain English. It runs on your own Claude or OpenAI API key, so you see what the AI costs.

A working preview

Try a working copy of your app, on your phone or computer, before a change goes live.

A live address

Every project gets its own address at founderation.app, so you can show people what you’re building before you own a domain.

Your own domain

Connect the domain you already own. We walk you through the settings at your domain provider and check the connection for you.

Roadmap and to-dos

Ideas, bugs and requests in one list: now, next, later. Hand any of them to a person or to your engineer.

Error alerts

When your app breaks for a customer, you get an alert instead of an angry email.

Customer chat

A chat bubble on your site with nothing to install. Any conversation becomes a to-do in one click.

More AI teammates

Give each one a job and a schedule.

No lock-in

Your work stays yours.

You’ll approve every change before it ships. Your code is yours today: a developer can copy it and keep working on it anywhere.

Your callComing next

Every change waits for you as a preview. Ship it, ask for changes, or throw it away.

Your own API keyComing next

The engineer runs on your Claude or OpenAI key, so you see what the AI costs and can switch it off.

Your code

A developer can copy your code and keep working on it somewhere else.

Your domainComing next

Customers see your name in the address bar, and the domain stays yours if you leave.

Early access

Bring the idea you’ve been carrying around.

Create a project now. Until the AI engineer arrives, you or a developer friend can work on it with Claude Code or Codex.
